Would this situation use it's or its

For example, I'm speaking of a company that makes beds.

"The Sleep-Well company makes beds. It's beds are very comfortable."

or

"The Sleep-Well company makes beds. Its beds are very comfortable."

The Sleep-Well company makes beds. Its beds are very comfortable.


"It's" is a funny word.

Normally, the apostrophe means possessive.

MountainHiker's beds are comfortable.

But "It's" is a different animal. It means "It is". "It's" is a contraction for "it is".

In the possessive form, it is simply "Its".
