Would someone do a little proofreading on this paragraph, please?

I am thanking you from the bottom of my heart for replying me. However, I am not sure I quite understand what you meant. Could you please be a little more explicit? If you mean that you are not agreed with leaving the ban of my member 'a cooperator', will you grant me an hour at least for downloading my private messages? Because as I have said that when you lifted the ban of my account that time, I wasn't on my own computer. So I couldn't copy my private messages. As a result, I had to send a message to Copyright to give another chance when I am on my own computer. Fortunatelly, he agreed and said to me send me a message when you are in yours, on the other hand, he said that he will give me only a twenty minute. Thus, I had to emailed you to convince him to give me one or two hours at least.
I am quite sure that you are generous colleagues, so I am hoping and respectfully requesting you grant me one hour or two at least to download my PMs.
I am looking forward to receiving your response at your earliest convenience.

Thanks in advance.

I do not quite understand your phrase: "If you mean that you are not agreed with leaving the ban of my member 'a cooperator'"--so my guess at your meaning may not be correct there. However, in general, this is how I would word your letter: I thank you from the bottom of my heart for replying to me. However, I am not sure I quite understand what you meant.
