Would rather to have + would prefer to have questions

Greetings all,

Can anybody please help me out with the grammar forms below? Are they correct?

"would rather to have + V3 + than + V3"
I would rather to have painted than jogged.

I would rather to have visited Austria than visited Germany.
I would rather to have had BBQ in the garden than eaten in a restaurant.

"would prefer to have + V3 + rather than + V3"

I would prefer to have painted than jogged.

"Rather" is always followed by the bare infinitive (infinitive without "to") so "would rather to have" is wrong, "would rather have" is correct. " is correct.

"Rather" is always followed by the bare infinitive (infinitive without "to") so "would rather to have" is wrong, "would rather have" is correct. "I would prefer to have..." is correct.
