Would rather prefer

Hi,
1) Is this sentence correct?
"I would rather prefer not to watch TV tonight."
I know that we can say "I would rather not watch..." and "I would prefer not to watch..." but what about the above sentence?

2) Can we say "Thanks for all" instead of "Thanks for everything"?

Thanks for your help.

No, don't use both. I'd prefer, or I would rather, but not I would rather prefer

1) Yes.
2) That's not an expression that I recognise. We sometimes say "Thanks to all" meaning "thanks to everyone".
