We use "would rather" + past simple to say what we want someone or something else to do in the present or future. But i can't make out of the following examples and would be so thankful if anyone clarify each in detail: E.g: 1- I'd rather you didn't tell anyone about all this. 2- Would you rather I asked someone else? 3- I'd rather we didn't discuss that, if you don't mind.
