Would rather

Hi there,
Would anyone please tell me which of the following answers is the correct one? A,B,C or All of them.
A) I'd rather go sightseeing than lie on the beach.
B) I'd rather go sightseeing than lying on the beach.
C) I'd rather go sightseeing than to lie on the beach.
