Yes, but #2 is much more common, and sounds much less awkward.

I'd rather today was friday(today was today) than saturday.

If I am working this week, would it make sense to say this?

I'd would rather have worked this week than next week.

How to say this?

I'd rather ask him to come back when he doesn't have enough time.

I'd rather he came back when he doesn't (didn't) have enough time than stayed for just 5 minutes.

I'd rather today was friday(today was today) than saturday.

You could say this, but because today is in fact Friday it is more natural to say

eg I'm glad today is Friday, not Saturday.

No. This sounds like you are not working this week, but wish you were.

I'd would rather have worked this week than next week.'

(Say I'd or I would, but not both together).

How to say this?
