"would " + present tense

Some would have (x) , some would have (y) and some would have both. ( for present )

example: some would have this book, some would have that book some would have both. ( for present )

Is it correct if we write this sentence ?

Thank you,

You need an appropriate context to make that sound like present time, and even then it would only be imagined present time. By the way, your header seems to indicate that you think your sentence is a combination of "would" with the present tense. It is not.
