Would + present perfect infinitive

Hi,

What's the difference in meaning, if any, between the following (underlined) verbs forms:

You would have to have had a bottle to do it.

You would have had to have a bottle to do it.

You would have had to have had a bottle to do it. ('To have a bottle' = to have a courage and determination to do something difficult.)
