Would please you check grammar for me? Your help is greatly appreciate.
We sent the invitation out to 250 businesses throughout the City, but only 21 RSVP and 6 show up at the reception. As of today, we have 34 surveys return. After the October reception, I would do different the followings if we have another reception:
- Have two speakers instead of three
- Different location, maybe in our town square
- Morning reception
- Following upt with an email and phone call to those who RSVP
- Emphasize free food on the invitation.

- Have two speakers instead of three - Fine
- Use a different location, maybe in our town square - I changed the first word to a verb to make them parallel
- Hold a morning reception (I'm not sure what you mean. Morning reception instead of what? Hold a morning reception instead of one in the evening?)
