Hello teachers

Since your roommate is visiting her family this weekend, ---- you like to have dinner with us tonight?

Can I use both of them here? Is there any difference in meaning?

Yes. To my ear wouldn't sounds more encouraging. It sounds more like it expects 'yes' as an answer. But the negative form is more often Won't you have dinner with us tonight?
