Would or Would have

I need a little help, please.

I used to play in rock band, but I quit some time ago. So I am not member anymore. And my old band is on tour right now and will record new album after that.

What is correct to say?

If I stayed / had stayed in the band, I would be on tour right now.
And I would record new songs after that.

or

If I stayed / had stayed in the band, I would have been on tour right now.
And I would have recorded new songs after that.

Thanks much for help.
