Would or will <- the difference please~

Teachers, another will/would question^^

In the following sentence:

I don't think you would care about Valentine's Day enough for it to be disappointing.

I'm wondering why the would was used in there, and I would like to know the differenece between these sentences:

I don't think you care about Valentine's Day enough for it to be disappointing.

I don't think you will care about Valentine's Day enough for it to be disappointing.

I understand that the modal would can be used for prediction. Would this use of would have to do with prediction use?

I do not find your first sentence acceptable- 'would' seems very awkward there. The second sentence means 'on the basis of what I know about you I don't think V Day means much to you and anything about it will upset you'. ].

I do not find your first sentence acceptable- 'would' seems very awkward there.

The second sentence means 'on the basis of what I know about you I don't think V Day means much to you and anything about it will upset you'.

The third is indeed a prediction- something is going to happen which will change your feelings about V Day [perhpas the speaker knows the listener is about to
