would or will love

Suggest a restaurant that you think we would/will love.

Which should I use?
Thanks.

There's no correct anwer to this. If you really wanted to dissect this you would use "will" if you felt certain the person you were asking could answer with a high degree of success and "would" where you believed there was a lower chance of success. In reality though, for most people, which to select would be decided below the level of conscious thought.

0 -> Suggest a restaurant that you think we love.
1 -> Suggest a restaurant that you think we will love.
2 -> Suggest a restaurant that you think we would love.
3 -> Suggest a restaurant that you think we would have loved.

"You think" is subjective anyway, and each st

Huevos, If you don't mind, could you explain a bit. I do feel the difference but need a bit convincing to help it sink in.

Have another look at my post above to see if it helps.

When it comes to conditionals, it would help more if you could complete the presumed "if" part. For example

2 -> Suggest a restaurant that you think we would love(, if I suggested? which means the possibil

I'm just trying to draw a comparison to help you get a feel of the difference in your sentence.

Oh no! My English failed me again. I wanted to ask you to fill in the if parts and those are my takes. Could you please check and also tell me what you think of my other example about planes.

By model what do you mean? Engine?

It's not that simple because the main verb of the conditional clause is "think" (present tense). "Love" is a
