Would or will

Hari: I am about to call that guy, Jack. I don't know If he knows me or not.
Rakesh: I am pretty sure he wouldn't know you. Or I am pretty sure he willnot know you.

Why don't you think of use present simple here?

Hari: I am about to call that guy, Jack. I don't know If he knows me or not.
Rakesh: I am pretty sure he doesn't know you.

... pretty sure he [doesn't / won't / wouldn't] know you.

All three are acceptable.
