Hi,

This is the example: Hopefully, John would agree - or his friend would/will be in trouble.

Which is correct here - would or will?

Hi Here it depends on what you mean: You use 'will' if you are sure he 'will/would' agree', But in case you are not sure and you imagine that he will/would agree you use 'would'. Lazzy boy
