Would mind correcting me?

This Is How Build My Academy

I would first make an academic atmosphere in my academy, like modern classes, library, office, and even comfortable toilet for both men women.

Then I would choose my academy's teachers according to their knowledges, not thier experience and diploma.

They would have to pass an interview to be my staffs.

Morever, I may make an announcement of my academy just like others do, but may be a bit different then them. I may offer some scholarships for passionate and enthusiastic students.
It will happen by passing a test. By doing this, I show that my academy is valuableand whoever wants to enter it, has to be hardworking.
Everyone might say, " Yeah this is the place where I can improve myself." I also would consider a high fee for the students who like to attend there, because less fee shows that it is not worth among people. That's not my opinion; it is a fact. In last, I would try to make it operationable
for our graduates. Like, if someone wants to improve himself for getting a job related to his subject, so my academy have to build him as much as he would be able to achieve their goals.

so to do so, we need a professional maneger.

And It happens when it is administered by a skilled man. So, my vision of my academy is agreat place, great teachers, great office department and realiable programs.
