Would meaning here?

Hi! everyone I just want to ask you that I heard these two sentences in T.V and both of them are almost of same constructions but I don't know ,why these two are answered in "wouldn't".What does would mean here ?
1-A- I've looked at everything on Blackwood (artist) and I have never seen any of these.
B-Oh, you wouldn't.
2-Jim(in the jungle by seeing a long giraffe) to tony-Have you ever seen anything like that in real.-(Jim answers himself)
-You wouldn't, Wouldn't you.
