Would like to have or Would like

Q.Hi! What would you like to have?

Q.Hi! What would you like to order?

A1. I'd like to have an orange juice.

A2. I'd like an orange juice.

Is there any difference between Would like to have and Would like?

Does Using have in the answer or question has any effect in tense?
