Would it be fine?

Is this sentence all right?

As Ms. Yuen is living in the New Territories, would it be fine if I booked a telephone conference for both of you to speak to her? I don't think she would want to travel all the way to Hong Kong just for a short meeting.

Strictly speaking, the sentence is acceptable. However, it's awkward and does not flow naturally. A native speaker of English would probably say something like: Since Ms.

Agreed with John. I think "booked" is sort of unclear as to what it really means. We book a hotel room, flight, and convention/ facility. Would you say "arranged" is a better word for the context?
