'would have left' and 'would come'

Hi,
1. Does the use of "would have left" correct in this context?

Hi, we are making a list of people who will be volunteering to fill the time spots for next Monday. The time spots to fill are between 8 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon. You don't need to fill the time spot after 5 because everyone would have left by then. Got it?

2. Does the modal 'would' a conditional sentence in the past time frame? I think the same conditionality could be conveyed in the present-time frame without much change.

Now I had to make a plan so that nobody would come searching for me.-- conditionnal in the past
Now I have to make a plan so that nobody would come searching for me. -- conditional in the present.

I'd say "will have left by then." (and) "Now I have to make a plan so that nobody will come searching for me." 2 - (a) is okay by me.

Thank you, CalifJim and Avangi for your help. Does this one that I wrote sound like true (ring true) to you?

Now I had to make a plan so that nobody would come searching for me.-- conditionnal in the past

Yes. (I meant to say so in my first reply. That's what I meant by 2. - (a). )

BTW, "conditional," single "n" toward the end.

Thank you, Avangi, for taking time to confirm it.

Yes. This one is fine as is. Note that it is not really a conditional, however. A true conditional statement would be more like this:
If I had a good plan, nobody would come searching for me.
