0 I find this question rather strange. "would have V3" can be considered to be a fairly advanced grammatical point. If you are an advanced learner, you should already know "might / could / should etc. have ----" requires the past participle form of the verb, that is, V3. If not, it means this is above your current level and I have a hunch that this is a TOEFL prep question. 0-
