Would 'disrupted' be more appropriate?

This unusual weather is causing great damage to our daily lives, such as residential blackouts, disorganised public transportation, destruction and displacement of houses, and crop failures.

Is 'disorganised' correctly used in the sentence? Would 'disrupted' be more appropriate?

Thanks.
