Would Conditions

Can anyone explain this? I am slightly confused abut the difference.

1) I you sent us the file on time. We would prepare the report.
2) If you had sent the file on time. We would have prepared the report.

Which one is correct?

Neither is possible: a subordinate clause cannot stand alone as a sentence. These are possible:

1) If you sent us the file on time, we would prepare the report.-- This is a Conditional II improbability, ref
