would come vs. would have come

Hi,

which is the difference between this 2 constructions?

he told me that he would come (present conditional)
he told me that he would have come (past conditional)

or

he told me that he would have to go (present conditional)
he told me that he would have had to go (past conditional)

are they both correct?
thanks
