We cannot say what she is thinking about winning or losing. She was warning the voters:

If you want all the illegal immigrants to be deported, vote for Mr. Trump. That's what he would do if he won.
If you think that is a bad idea, vote for me. I would not do that if I won.

Anonymous Clinton writes, 'Trump would deport all the immigrants.'
Clinton did not think that Trump will win. That's why she uses 'would'.

AnonymousI just saw the sentence on CNN, 'Trump would push to repeal Obama care on day one'. Isnt it supposed to be 'will' according to you.
Not necessarily. CNN is thinking hypothetically, I suppose. Maybe they are not thinking of a Trump win in terms of a real possibility. Your choice depends on what's in your mind when you say these things.

So, you mean both sentences below are possible? In the first sentence, the speaker thinks Trump winning the presidency is not a real possibility and in the second sentence, the speaker thinks Trump winning the presidency is a real possibility. Is that what you are saying?

A: If Trump won, he would push to repeal Obamacare on day one.
B: If trump wins, he will push to repeal Obamacare
