On Thursday Russian President Vladimir Putin warned South Korea that bilateral ties would be destroyed if Seoul were to provide lethal weapons to Ukraine. South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol says that has not happened, and if weapons were to be supplied, it would be a matter for South Korea to decide. Our Kim Do-yeon has the details.
