Would be/have blossomed

1. It would be blossomed by the time we get there.
2. It would have blossomed by the time we get there.

Are they both correct?

No. For all four of those, you are sure. Use 'might' instead of 'will' or 'would' when you're not sure.

Present Viewpoint:
It might blossom by the time we get there.

Past Viewpoint:
It might have blossomed by the time we got there.

It seems to me that you are limiting "would" within past tense boundary, and this comes to me as a new idea and make me lost about what would means.

Can you explain the meaning of would, and how would you categorize the example below in relation to mine above, which also happens in the future? ( here I have used would again; what does this mean to you?)
