Present viewpoint:
It will blossom by the time we get there. (Future of the Present)
It will have blossomed by the time we get there. (Future Perfect of the Present)

Past viewpoint:
It would blossom by the time we got there. (Future of the Past)
It would have blossomed by the time we got there. (Future Perfect of the Past)

No. For all four of those, you are sure. Use 'might' instead of 'will' or 'would' when you're not sure.

Present Viewpoint:
It might blossom by the time we get there.

Past Viewpoint:
It might have blossomed by the time we got there.

It seems to me that you are limiting "would" within past tense boundary, and this comes to me as a new idea and make me lost about what would means.

Can you explain the meaning of would, and how would you categorize the example below in relation to mine above, which also happens in the future? ( here I have used would again; what does this mean to you?)

What do you mean? Same way I can ask you. I just - I want you to be there. It would mean a lot to me, and it would be a great opportunity for you. It would open a lot of doors, but also, I mean, it would pay for Arianna's education. Just - here. Promise me that you will think about it.

That keeps everything fairly neat for the purposes of understanding one of the many, many uses of 'would'.

'would' doesn't have an exact meaning. It's more like a function word that creates various nuances depending on the sentence it's in. Use the search box and you can find hundreds of posts that explain many of the various uses of 'would'. Whole chapters of books are written on this topic. It can't be covered in a forum post.

It's an implicit conditional (How would you ..., [if I asked you to / if you wanted to / if the occasion arose / ...]?
'would' is used in conditional sentences to express an imagined situation.

These are also imagined results. They are the imagined results of having "it" — whatever they're talking about, probably "if you were there" (I want you to be there).
