Would be or would have

Hi everybody! This is my first question on this forum! I'm sure you guys can help me.

Let's imagine that, for some reason, I know a man is about to die... And when he does I say:

I knew he would have died
I knew he would be died
I knew he would die

Now, the first sentence is the one I would (say) have said was correct, but my teacher (she's british) told me that you never use "would have + past participle except for the third conditional... I'm really confused...
What's the correct sentence? And why? Please I need more examples with context.
