Would be making/ would make

Would you please tell me if it is okay to use "you would make the right financial call" in the following sentence?

Background: Two doctors (A and B)are discussing the possibility of allowing a patient to go into surgery.A is persuading B to greenlight the surgery.

A:Right, but, what if we would look at this from purely fisical perspective. I mean, afterall Mr Bobber is here every four to six months, and if we were to consider his surgery is a one time expenditure, then, you would be making the right financial call.
