Would be and would have been

The man died some 3 years ago; high-blood pressure was the cause of his death. I knew him.

Are all of the following fine?

1.Today is his birthday.

2.Today was his birthday.

3.If he were alive, he would be 66 today.

4.If he were alive, he would have been 66 today.

5. If he is with us, he would have been 66 today.

Only #5 seems impossible. #4 is a mixed conditional and #3 is preferred over it. #1 and #2 do not offend me.
