i would be appreciated it

are they same meaning sentence above?

and other one is can i use "will" instead of "would"?

Additionally:

"I will appreciate it" is fine, as a statement of fact; but in ordinary contexts, where you simply want to express gratitude in advance, you would say "I would appreciate it".
