Would

A: I am trying to get access to the computer. I don't know the process to getting it. I do know that there are two processes that I have to go through.

b: You would have to go through your security clearance process. You wouldn't be able to go through administrative process unless you had security clearance done.

Any correction at all? I am confused whether after unless, it would be 'you had' or 'you have'?
