Here is the context:
I went through a training in the US army with a guy. After the training, I never got to see him again. And it's been almost two years since we are apart. Now I am remembering him. Can I say these sentences to myself thinking about him?
He would be a specialist rank now.
He would have got already got many military awards by now.
