Would

Alex: I am going to be interviewed for the job tomorrow. Do you think they will hire me?
Jack: I would think they will hire you.

Vs.

Alex: I am going to be interviewed for the job tomorrow. Do you think they will hire me?
Jack: They would hire you.


Is both conversations correct with would? Please help.

OR
