Would

Hi,

Why is "would" used in the following sentences grammatically?

1-It would be great idea if we talk about a little bit about what it would mean on weekly basis or whatever.

2-If you and Nicole do this work, she would be the one who would actually be face to face working with you,and she and I would be consulting.

3-One of the things that could happen, once the children are here,it would appear that Cami will be accommodating and really welcoming.

Thank you

Dear MFarooq, 1 and 2 are second conditional sentences with the same mistake : the verbs in the "if" clauses should be in the past simple (talked, did). 2 could also work if changed into a first conditional sentence. 1 has a couple of other mistakes in it.
