Suppose I am talking about an imaginary girl about what she was doing in the past. So, can I say, she would have finished her bachelor's degree when she was twenty two'?

Here, I am talking about an imaginary girl. I have never seen her; I have never heard about her. So, would that sentence be correct with this context. Because to me, the sentence, "she probably finished her..." sounds like I know her. Please clarify. Thank you.
