Just like to know the difference & meaning of below

You would likely / should likely have noticed....

Does would likely mean that the speaker is sure the listener have noticed and should likely mean the speaker is ordering the listener??

You should likely have noticed. = I don't think this is an acceptable grammar nowadays. You should have noticed. = you probably noticed or you were supposed to notice.
