Hello,

1. He did not wake up even if we shook him hard.

I have to use "would" in the above sentence to indicate regular action ,was taken in past.

a) He would not wake up even if we shook him hard.

b) He did not wake up even if we would shake him hard.

2. In the morning, he slept until eleven o'clock.

a) In the mornig, he would sleep until eleven o'clock.

Please check and correct it.

b) He did not wake up even if we would shake him hard. No. Note how would refers to shake and that that is not the idea you want to express.

Even 1b is grammatically correct. It is normally all right to combine if with would when if does not express colorless condition. In your sentence even if could be replaced with even though. More examples of if and would in the same clause:

If you would kindly wait a minute, I'll call Mrs Smith.
You would learn it if you would try.

I have never heard that expression "colorless condition", but all in all, I think we agree.
I would have said that if and would can go together if would expresses volition, i.e., a wish, as is usually added to indicate politeness.

If you wish to wait a minute, ... Kindly wait a minute and I'll ...
