Woud rather/Would prefer + sb/sth + ?

Hello. I have a house which I consider to be small, I want to express my preference that my existing house be larger, which sentence or sentences should I choose? Thank you in advance.


I would rather my house was larger.

I would rather my house were larger.

I would rather my house had been larger.


I would prefer my house to be larger.

I would rather that my house be larger.

I would prefer that my house is larger.
