worth = only money?

Is worth used only to talk about value?

A farmer says:
Carrots are worth a lot. They are rare and you can make lots of different things with it.

I'm not say that carrots are worth a lot of money. I'm saying they are worth a lot because they are rare and you can make a lot of different dishes with them.

Carrots aren't worth a lot in terms of money but worth a lot in terms of their rarity and what you can do with them.

Please correct what you think is appropriate
