Worth being watched

The below is one of the questions for Korean SAT preparation sample test.

I get the answer right.

But it's just there is no problem with the other four selections that I could get the right answer.

Though I got the right answer I can't get the reason why the answer ? being watched is wrong. I know watching is better and more usual expression than being watched but I can't get the reason. Could you explain to me why?

? Once this initial period is over, the price for the same service increases to more than $60 per month. To add different movie channels you have to buy a package for $15 extra. These packages ? consist of nine to eleven channels. However, only two of the nine are usually worth ? being watched.

This is not easy to sort out; that's why your post has gone unanswered; here is my view:

1-- It is awkward
2-- the main clause is already in passive form ('only two...are worth')
3-- Logically, the worth is the viewers', not the channels'.
