My condition to this day is at its worst/highest. (I'm trying to say it's never been worse)

Huh? If something has never been worse, it means it is at its absolute minimum right now. How, then, can your condition be at its peak? How about 'To this day, my condition has never been worse'?

My condition has reached its highest point. I would take it only in a positive sense -- to be at one's best. For example, if you were training for an athletic event, you would want your condition to peak just before the competition began.
