World wide Disadvangtages of using english language

hllo guys . i need to know defects or disadvantages of using english language over the world, i mean not for particular country, continent, for the whole world. Say in china,japan,thailand etc. english language surely cause some inconvenient as it is not thier mother language . This inconvenient is only for this particular country , England will never ever face this problem.so, we cant say defecting over their mother language is a worldwide problem.

what i want to say is that please express your full ideas over this topic "worldwide demerits of using english language" as i have to prepared an assignment to this topic in my university . Thank you all in advance.
