Grammatically correct to use - "He manage to complete the projects, tutition assignments and school works"

When do we use "works" ? I have seen letters using "keep up the good works", "performed many good works"

Those letters were terribly wrong.

'Works' has very, very limited use, referring to author's writings and as another name for a factory.
