Workstream

WorkstreamsWe have established four ‘workstreams’, with members from commissioning organisations (City and Hackney CCG, Hackney Council and City of London Corporation) and local providers to work together to more effectively plan how to improve services and care for local people.
We have also established a Transformation Board and 2 Integrated Commissioning Boards (one for Hackney, one for City of London) to oversee the work of the workstreams.
Ensuring that the commissioned services are tailored to meet individual needs, patient and public involvement continues to be a key commitment which we demonstrate with a co-production charter which has seen residents working alongside professionals to design services.Our four workstreams are:
