Unpatient is not a word. You probably meant impatient. I think "working engagements" is wrong too. It should be substituted with something like "work responsibilities".
I am not a native speaker so it would be good if somebody else confirmed this.

by working engagements I mean duties which are part of my job. Going to the office and have meetings,travelling, going to the bank etc etc..I understand !"commitment" can be used as well.
Hi Clive, thank you. So, right it would be "working commitments" or do you think it is not necessary to use "working"? I would like to stress the fact that these engagements are not for fun but strictly connected to my job.
