worked vs. has worked

1. She has worked there.
2. She worked there.

I know first one sounds like she still works there and second one sounds like she doesn't work there anymore.

But, if I don't know if she still works there now, how can I say?

Can I use"worked" when I am not sure if she still works there or not?
