We're having a convo about a past real estate agent I've worked with before. Which sentence is the most natural sounding?

If she has helped you on multiple occasions, then use "have worked with" (and I would use "was" not "is").

If she helped you once, then use the past simple, and you can use "is" or "was" as long as you think she's still good.
