"Business trip" would be more usual, e.g.

1. I'll go on a business trip tomorrow.

2. I'm going on a business trip tomorrow.

#1 sounds like the announcement of a recent, sudden decision; you would probably use it very infrequently.

#2 would be more usual: you would use it when you wanted to make a simple statement of fact.
